Research

Condensed Matter Physics

This research groups interests are very broad. They work on problems ranging from high temperature superconductivity to many body theory, to quantum computing. Experimentally they have expertise in measurements of electrical, thermal and magnetic properties of solids including organic, superconducting, and thermoelectric materials. The group also collaborates with the Astrophysics group for the development of x-ray detectors.
